PAYMENT POLICY

Cake and Cupcake orders require full payment to reserve desired date. 

50% of order total is non-refundable if customer cancels order 24 hrs. prior to delivery/pick up date.

Orders & dates are NOT held until full payment is received. There is a 6 hour courtesy period between emailing the invoice & receiving payment before releasing availability to other customers. 

The Healthful Baker is not responsible for damage that may occur to an order after pick up or delivery. We take care to ensure the integrity and quality of all products. Once an order is received by a customer, The Healthful Baker relinquishes all responsibility for an order's condition and appearance as we no longer have control over the product. We provide all customers with care and handling instructions verbally and advise customers to adhere to these to truly enjoy our products.
